Home designs will need to be reviewed and approved by the design committee. For now, that will be the developers, but in the future, homeowners will manage and designate that committee. As long as homes have a modern, and tasteful design with a minimum size of 3500 square feet, you should have no real issues with approval, but it is best to discuss with your sales agent if you have a style or design in mind.
